Amazing restored property set on the outskirts Castiglione del Terziere, a medieval borgo with very ancient origins.
The estate comprises: (1) typical stone farmhouse built between 1501 and 1504 later donated to the Servite Fathers who used it as a convent, (2) the adjacent church of SS. Annunziata still consecrated and (3) a few tens of meters away is the detached stone guest house.
