Beautiful stone building (former water mill) dating from the late nineteenth century where the mill room still exists today with large logs which in the past were used to crush wheat, corn, chestnuts and so on to turn them into flour. Below the mill, however, there are still natural caves where water flowed.
The property of 320 sq m has been completely restored both the supporting structure and the roof with large exposed beams. The façade has been rebuilt with exposed stone panels and also the insulation with cavities under the floor and behind the walls.
The building has been divided into five units with private entrances and private central heating, but which can also be linked together.
The property is on two levels with approximately 200 sq m of garden in common, where from the rock a very special tank with natural water has been obtained; the natural water of the same stream that passes in a millcourse right next to the mill.
The five units in total have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Central heating (natural gas).
Excellent solution for accommodation business.
